I wasn't even looking for footwear, but everyone in the store greeted me immediately. They were very helpful with giving me directions. Based on my experience here, if they expanded into sports and camping equipment, they could easily put Keystone in their rightful place. Out of business.

Awesome customer service. My wife and I searched high and low for a pair of specific boots for our son and they were the only ones with it. Josie went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and even added a personal handwritten note to the invoice (impressive cursive btw). You don't get service like that too often anymore. We'll be back.

I purchased a paid of runners from Pure Footwear and after a few hours of the new pair they weren’t giving me the best comfort. I called the store and asked about doing an exchange and they were fantastic! I had no recite, and the original pair I got was a final sale item but they were so great with me doing an exchange for a different pair. Wonderful customer service!

Excellent selection of shoes. I am always able to find what I’m looking for in ladies, mens and childrens. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to shop local and find a beautiful dress and shoes for a wedding. Highly recommend stopping in!
