This location is terrible for customer service. They do not have order accuracy, they have zero customer service skills. Food is often dried out like it has been sitting a while. I have ordered tea and received coffee....

Stopped here to relive myself and use the washroom, only to be met with no soap, hand towels, or toilet paper. Bathroom was a mess with urine all over the first seat so I left the first washroom and used the other and had to stand in urine to use the washroom instead of sitting on it. When I spoke to a man smoking outside(in uniform) all he said was “Oh” and carried on smoking. Extremely disappointed and honestly feel too gross to eat my food or drink my coffee after being in those restrooms.. Do better staff:(

I have had past issues with this location's food, this time it seemed OK, but the drink I ordered was totally different than the last time I ordered it. Also, don't use the washrooms without checking for toilet paper or bringing your own soap AND hand towel. (Yes, ALL 3!) The dispenser was wide open, indicating the last visitor or employee had the same problems.

Went through the drive thru today around 3:15pm and get “hello what do you want” , ask for blue berry fritter that is out and advertised at the location I get “we have none” ask for iced coffee no sugar caneGet to the drive through and can hardly understand the man working the drive through cause he’s talking so fast and he was getting annoyed when I asked him to repeat, o could see fritters from the drive thru and I ask if those where blue berry as the employee just put them out and I get “we told you we don’t carry those here” I kindly thank him and drive away only to get 10mins out of town to find out my iced coffee is full of sugar

They windup there grill after 8pm. Only drinks and donuts are available after 8pm. Today is my first time here and first time returned empty handed from tim hortons.

Yesterday we tried to order a nice lunch and was met with rudeness when the server didn’t have anything we wanted . Then when we finally settled on the order the coffee cup we were given had a pen hole through the bottom and slowly leaked everywhere in our van and on my partner’s new coat. She was so upset and this was definitely an intentional hole in the cup.We are daily Tim Hortons customers and find this very frustrating. We will never go back to this location EVER.We threw the entire order out not knowing what else was done to it. Really sad to see their service go downhill like this.

We stopped on our way from Winnipeg for a coffee and a bathroom break. The bathroom was absolute FILTH. No toilet paper and the floor was disgusting. I ordered a wrap before I went to the bathroom. Came out and waited in the corner where the lady who took my order asked me to wait for my order. 10minutes went by and I asked another lady who was putting out orders and she told me to go to a different corner. I went and checked again with the lady who took my order and she asked me to go back to the other end again. Waited another 10 minutes and in the meanwhile saw many people receiving their orders and letting the person behind the corner know that they asked for something different but the lady would dismiss them and move onto next order. I had to go ask again whether my order was still pending or given to someone else by mistake and was told it was still in the making. I understand it was lunch hour and Tims was very busy with lots of people including school kids as well but the lack of communications from the staff was frustrating. I peaked behind the counter and it seems only one person was making the wraps or other orders and they barely had a half a counter available to them. That explained the slow output. It seemed they were using same utensils, gloves and counter space for all orders including meat and vegetarian options which was very concerning from hygiene and cross contamination aspect. All in all it was not a very good experience and the unhygienic conditions made me never want to order from there again.

Ordered 3 boxes of hot chocolate to pick up in the morning. Everything was ready when I got there and staff were super helpful.
