Sidhant was very accommodating in my necessary "emergency" phone upgrade- I was not able to go in personally but we were able to get it all done via phone and email easily enough so that my daughter could pick up on my behalf. I truly appreciated that he was willing to work and figure out a way to make it all work for me!
