“Recently brought my car in to have my winter tires put on and the staff were incredibly quick, kind, knowledgeable and in positive spirits. I’d particularly like to give a shout out to Chris and pat for their quick problem solving skills!
Although the system was down, they were still able to get my tires switched over within 45 minutes, remembered I had booked an appointment (even though they were crazy busy), and decided to help me out since I couldn’t pay debit due to the system being down! Been a customer for a while and always happy with the customer service provided here!”

“I recently had my car repaired at Collision Werx after a collision, and I can't say enough good things about Rick and his team. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding.
I was going to be away for three weeks, and Rick was incredibly kind and accommodating. He took in my car while I was away, handled all the repairs, and ensured everything was perfect by the time I returned. Not only did he fix my car with great professionalism, but he also went above and beyond by dropping me off at home the day I went to drop off my car at his shop.
To top it all off, Rick returned my car to my designated parking spot while I was on holiday, and personally delivered my car key to me when I got back. It's rare to find such dedication and customer service these days.
I hardly ever leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because this was a job truly well done. “Update: They sent my deposit the same day I wrote this review. I don't think I should have had to do that to get a response, but I'll give them 5 stars anyway for not completely ignoring me.
On the last week of November 2025, I e-Transfered a $1000 deposit to their finance manager to hold a vehicle I was discussing over with one of their salesman.
On the first week of December, the deal didn't go through, I promptly requested my deposit be refunded because the vehicle no longer needed to be held for me. I was told the refund will be processed and it will take up to a week. However, it has been two months since then and I still haven't received my $1000 deposit.
I attempted to send another email in January to the finance manager about the status of my refund and he didn't reply to me.”
“We went there today to get our oil changed, and tires swapped. General Maintenance, and it could have gone many different ways. When we came to pick up our car, it appeared that the bay door broke, and we couldn't get our vehicle out. They tried from 12:30-5:30 to get our vehicle out while dealing with a ton of people who were upset that they couldn't get in right away.
