For a minor other issue he didn’t try to upsell me, just told me where to go to buy the cheapest possible glue to fix it myself but if I really wanted to replace it was more than happy to. They honour warranty on parts they previously replaced. Also you don't have to wait long to get your vehicle in. He was great to deal with. Made things easy and quick. Offered me shuttle service to home and back to shop. But I opted to walk.
