Often processed products in other local meat shops can be overly salty or bad cuts or too much filler or bad quality filler, or too soft or much too dry and hard. The people that own and work at this store take pride in their work and it shows. The products are beautifully made and package perfectly.The store itself is beautiful and clean. Very friendly and personable people working there. It's just a really great meat shop. Highly recommend.”
