How do you expect to serve customers with no bakery staff? A frw times i have come to purchase items and there us no bakery staff after 5pm im told.
At least have a sign saying bakery closed or have someone who knows something about the bakery items.
Its very frustrating as a customer.

How does Starbucks allow you to run their name into the ground, your staff no way prepares the drinks properly and god they have 1 speed on movement.

I'm sure this will go unread, but I can’t help but share what I witnessed at your store. An older lady behind me couldn’t find her Scene card and wanted the discount on toilet paper. I was ready to use my own card, but the cashier flatly refused, saying, "Nope, can’t do it."
Excuse me? Do you not understand how many seniors rely on your store?
It’s beyond disappointing that you had a chance to make a customer happy and blew it completely. This is a clear indication of just how out of touch your store really is. I even apologized to the senior and went back to buy her toilet paper, but of course, she had already left.
This is a small town, and believe me, I’m going to share this story with everyone I know. I hope the other customer does the same.
Let me just leave this on one final note: SHAME

Starbucks in Safeway is understaffed for the customer base. I had to walk away as 5 people were waiting with 1 employee present.
