It used to be a great place. It's a shame how one of the newer ladies has ruined it. I have been there so many times and spent a lot of money. The last few times (if I get that certain lady), she has charged me way too much for something that's in a thrift store. She would say, "Do you know how much this is brand new?" Well, yeah, but if I wanted to pay those prices, I would buy them brand new. I was also yelled at and treated like a criminal one time when I had my bag with me. I always have my bag filled with a bunch of other bags that I use to bring my stuff home and the rest I donate. She yelled at me in front of everyone and demanded I put my bag at the front. It was humiliating. When I was done shopping, I made a huge point of emptying out my bag in front of everyone while I was grabbing all my extra bags to use to put my stuff in and donate the rest of them. Use to show I wasn't stealing

I donated a lot of good items to this place. All in working order and some of my own home decor (which is modern, clean and of good taste. Not junky) My jaw dropped at how they insulted my stuff as I was bringing it in. Comments like "How am I going to sell this" and "Does this even work"
The staff were so rude and accusatory. I should have packed up my goods and garage saled it or brought it to a place of appreciation. I shared my story with others to find that multiple people had the exact same experience

Very very friendly staff amazing people to deal with and a ton of great clothing to help any family in need at an amazing price. They also have some toys, board games and other items for sale.

Sometimes the staff are friendly and other times I feel terrified being in the store because the non friendly staff make my anxiety high. But the treasures you can find are AMAZING and I would recommend! ☺️?

Came in and the ladies were grumpy and didn’t even ask if I needed help. Was yelled at when close to closing and when paying the lady was upset as I didn’t have change. Taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do too. Doesn’t take much to be kind.

I enjoy my time going to house of economy sometimes it packed with finds and sometimes you you just can't get a grab in anything. The workers are very nice and don't mind how much you dig. Sometimes I'll be knees deep in stuff to find the best bargains. Sometimes you may find something that is broken but everything is salvageable. Love this place
