Very nice staff and knowledgeable. Great minows. Only complaint we had here last year were the red fishing hooks. Had a very hard time connecting and using them to our fishing rods. Please replace those red fishing hooks with better ones!!! Get the same gold hooks every other shop in the province uses. Those red ones are no good and everyone in this town agrees with this!!

Friendly and knowledgable staff quite the selection for tackle and a decent selection of bait live/dead. This Friendly little bait and tackle shop is definitely a must stop for any fisherman going through Selkirk and if they don’t have it, they’ll know where to send ya.

OMG THEY HAVE CROCHETED YIP-YIPS! HOW FREAKING COOL IS THIS PLACE???
And yes, they do have a ton of great fishing gear (rods, reels, lures, bait, accessories, etc) as well as cool souvenirs. Like the yip-yips.

Went there at 7:30am, on a Sunday, because I needed a fishing license. They were open and ready to help. 11 our of 10 for service. Staff was very friendly
