Do not go to this store ! Treated terrible returning a item ! The girl was rude and talked down to me for bring the product back ! Accused me of taking some of it first off ! Lol Even the cashier was so bla just a bad shopping experience all round ! Skip this store !!!!

Why are you guys hiring people for a position where the one job they need to know is how to speak English. But they can’t even do that. I ask customer service one simple question. Like simpler than simple. And it took 10 minutes on hold and then answering about the wrong thing I asked about in the first place, or so I think. I can’t understand them! This country is an absolute gong show and it should be a requirement for any customer service related jobs to speak fluent English at bare minimum! At this point once in a while if we ran across this problem it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. It’s every single customer service related position though. It’s sickening!

Went here to do some last minute Christmas shopping and had a older lady cashier (Didn’t get to check her name tag) who was scanning my items, try to call the manager on me and double scanned the toys in my cart. I didn’t notice until I was home and checking the receipt. I am being refused help to get my money back and overall disappointed and dissatisfied with how the entire experience went.

Decent enough store but the lack of English speaking employees is annoying. I asked one where the pudding was. She said they don't have any. I found it myself. Guess the gov grants to hire outshines customer service. I rarely go now

It's small and doesn't have much of a selection. Most things are sold out fast or just perpetually unavailable.
You can order stuff online just to find out when you go to pick it up that it's sold out. Sweet, then why does it say in stock?

Dirty, not alot of stock, rude staff. Small compared to others. They don't stock at night so stuff is all over the place and staff us block the lanes

I would like to thank the girls at customer service, specifically Danielle and I'm sorry not sure of the other lady's name. They helped me return an online purchase of a fridge. They were super patient, sympathetic to my issues and great overall service. Thank-you both!

This review is still true 4 years later.
I have to rave about their Vision Center and the fantastic staff that work in it. The optometrist is excellent and always gets my prescription absolutely correct. Their glass frames are every bit as good as the other vision centres in our city, but the cost is 100s of dollars less. The store isn't as large as Winnipeg stores, but they maximize the use of every bit of space. The staff is also really great!!!

Usually staff are friendly. Some good deals some times.
I guess they stopped caring about check out times. The cashiers scan so slow and chat way to much. 15 mins per person is not OK times

I went here a few days ago to do grocery shopping and to grab some other things from the makeup section, with the product i needed being locked i tried finding workers that may help. in the first place with barely being able to find anyone i went to atleast 3 different people including customer service appreciating that they atleast called for assistance but had to wait around for atleast 30 mins for no one to show in the end. i know they have things locked up for certain reasons but if your gonna have a section like that maybe ensure someone can actually be there to help.

We were blown away by how amazing Dawson in the electronics dept was. He was unbelievably friendly, funny, saved us so much time but the biggest thing for me; was the fact that he literally went out of his way, went the extra 5 miles to make what we needed better than we thought. Basically, it was a last minute bday idea my 13 yr old had and we had an hour to figure it out and do it as it was a poster etc. I don't think there is enough space on this review to tell everyone how amazing DAWSON is. Very impressed. This guy MUST STAY WORKING HERE so give him a raise that he can't refuse!!! you made our day for sure Dawson!! even my 13yr old daughter was beyond impressed!

Big store, great selection, good prices! My favourite sections of the store are the Books area, the Grocery department, and the McDonald's!

Pharmacy is awful in Selkirk. The wait time to get a prescription filled is ridiculous. Waiting 4 hours to get a prescription filled out is horrible. Last prescription I had to wait 3 days.

Watch your bank account and credit card statements. Again the associate at the express checkout worked up some excuse to stand right beside me and try watch me when I was typing in my pin number. Not the first time the blond lady with glasses on the weekends has done this to me. I had to tell her to back away while I was trying to pay for my groceries and she started arguing with me.
