Worse service always disappointing customer service and charge extra.

Horrible customer service. I’ve had multiple rude encounters. Doors are always locked. You cannot call the location. They simply hang up on you. And any simple task takes them weeks to complete. Please do yourself a favour and stay away.

Cibc in general is good. The Steinbach branch is useless. They rarely answer any phone calls and managers/loans people/anyone who should be able to help are never in. To book anything is a month or more wait time. Terribly mismanaged local company. Why even have a physical location if you can't keep up with demand?
