“I would highly recommend Ryan at ACT. I called with an issue with my laptop and he was able to walk me through my camera issues. He was very knowledgeable and cared more about helping to solve my problem then making money off of me. He was even insightful enough to recommend me purchasing an external camera instead of paying to have him fix it, saving me a lot a of money since the camera itself was cheaper than the repair. He doesn't sell the item so I wasn't even able to give him any business at all, but he still helped me significantly.
