I was in my late sixties, overweight and starting to lose confidence in my ability to safely do physical activities like gardening and riding my bike. I joined the 'Silvers' group and was so pleased with the personal care and attention of Coach Colin, who is the owner and heart and soul of the gym. With Colin's expert guidance, a little self-discipline and the support of a great group of fellow 'silvers', I feel like I turned back the clock ten years. Crossfit works!”
