“I’ve visited this Pet Valu a few times now with my new puppy, Lola, and the staff are always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The young lady who helped us today … I believe her name was Adriana, she was especially kind. She gave Lola some lovely attention, recommended a different puppy food because her previous one didn’t seem to agree with her, and helped me choose a new toy based on what Lola enjoys. The staff always seem to go out of their way to make sure you find what you need and leave happy. Thank you for making our visits such a positive experience!”

“Love the service especially from the nice young lady that can talk to me about cats forever ❤...She is so knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is fun to shop in. Even though pricey, it is better than giving money to big corporations.”
