Very bad experience with all aspects of purchase. From purchasing to pick up was approximately a month when we were told maximum 10 days. Do not recommend.

Amazing place, amazing friendly staff, quality furniture, great selection. They really go out of their way, one of the best service experiences I've had, not just once, but every time I go back. Delivery guys are awesome. I try to only shop for my furniture needs here. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

My grandparents tried to buy an appliance that was on sale here and they sold it to them for full price knowing that they are elderly and won’t notice. Pretty ridiculous, if you are going to advertise something that’s on sale then do the job right. Don’t take advantage of seniors and if it was an accident then own up to it and don’t blame it on the customer for not catching it right away especially when they don’t speak English very well. Very disappointing.

I was here for the first time. I was greeted very friendly by the staff and offered help. Very comfortable sofas. Great ambience and everything nicely decorated??.

We had a very good experience here. Craig helped us find a mattress that suited our home, our spines, and our budget! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Jackson and the owner were very helpful in securing us the frame and mattress protector we needed. Very reasonable delivery rates covering a wide area. Hoped for more updates regarding our order while we waited but all in all we are very satisfied and can't wait to get our new bed

This was the worst experience we have ever had furniture shopping. We bought a couch and paid half up front and we were told in would arrive in 3 weeks. 3 weeks past and we hadn’t heard anything, so we phoned only to learn the salesmen forgot to order the couch so it would be another 3 weeks. He took our money and did nothing with it and never would’ve if we hadn’t called. When the couch finally came in we asked what he would do about the remaining cost since he messed up and didn’t originally order it. He said nothing since it was a “low ticket item” there was nothing he could do because they wouldn’t make money. He would not even offer free delivery since they “weren’t in the area” anytime soon. He said he would check with management and have a deal sorted out when we came in that afternoon to pay and pick up. We got there and of course management “isn’t here today” he offered us no deal and never even apologized for HIS mistake. Safe to say we will not be shopping there again, and would never recommend this place.

I've bought a lot of furniture at Solomon's furniture. Always a satisfyed customer. They work with you till you find exactly what your looking for. Very friendly people. Would highly recommend to go check them out.
