I don't even get what's going on here anymore. There are two younger staffers here who are so blatantly rude and condescending to me it's wild. For the past 2 years, I come in, I get what I want and I checkout. There are 2 staffers who ID me every time, make me spell out my name and recite it phonetically. This last visit, I walked in, grabbed my usual, went to check out, got ID'd again. She asked how I spelt my name ... again. She asked how I pronounced my name ... again. I then paid and she offered my receipt. As I was leaving she started freaking out ... SIR SIR SIR EXCUSE ME .. I turned around and she said never mind.
Like actually what the heck? I'm in my mid 30s, I'm here often enough to recognize these two and know their names. These 2 people need to be better trained, it's the same thing every time I come into this store when they are on checkout. Rude and condescending.
