My wife and I had an extremely great experience at the Steinbach branch. Janelle made our day by accomplishing everything we needed. Our request required time and some flexible, outside-the-box thinking from the staff. We were very happy and thankful.

If it was possible to give 0 stars out of 5, that would be my rating. Avoid this branch like the plague if at all possible. The staff/management are almost completely useless and it goes without saying that TD Bank is one of the most difficult banks to deal with in all of Canada. If you are banking with TD or considering banking with them, please consider other options. You will thank yourself in the long run.

i specifically joined this bank because they were open sundays when i lived in winnipeg but here they are not and they close really early and for the limited hours they are open sometimes they will just close for a day the bankers are nice but with the banks shutting down i get why the service is so limited last time i was there i overheard some really questionable things so it makes me wonder in what direction this specific institution is going in

I stayed with TD when moving from ON, because they were always great in assisting me in any business needs. Any TD in ON had a business counter. Moving to Steinbach, I figured I'll stay with TD. Man, am I ever not happy. Every day, I come in to make my deposit. I have never waited less than 15 minutes in line. It's frustrating, because you pay all these fees for the business accounts.

I find it completely unrealistic for this branch to be closed at 5!Steinbach is a community surrounded by farmers, and construction workers which don't work a typical 8 hour day. This branch should be adjusting their hours to accommodate these people who are their customers!EDIT: They close their doors before 5, and the teller will be snotty and tell you they are closed instead of doing their job which is customer service!I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Even though I explained my circumstances and asked to wait 4 days till I get paid they still drew on my account and cost me $43 on nsf . Very greedy and inconsiderate.

Poor communication, repeated mistakes that have taken up a lot of my time which I don't have as a small business owner. TD head office obviously doesn't support their small branches either so the Steinbach branch isn't completely at fault.

I have now made two 40 minute round trip drives to this branch. The hours reported on their site and phone were inaccurate due to renovations. No excuse in this day and age for this to be inaccurate. Shows a complete lack of interest in their customers. I should be invoicing them for my loss time!

They used to have great hours and friendly staff. Now most of that staff is retired or left that branch. Worst of all now I have to take time off work to go to the bank! Change your hours please..

after sending a wire transfer from this branch on Friday I have had nothing but TOTAL lack of communication as to where the money is. The recipient has yet to see it. Now after HOURS of on line holding, transferring of calls, messages that don't get returned and the final; a message left with the asst manager of the branch at 11:15 this morning stating that I need to talk to someone to find out what is going on and the whereabouts of the funds. This is on top of a online helper who left a message for someone to call me. The most appalling service ever. There needs to be a 0 star rating
