I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this branch. I was thoroughly unhappy with the branch I had been dealing with in Winnipeg. The service I received here, on the other hand, was of the highest level of courtesy and professionalism.

Was trying to get loonies and toonies for my job which is an essential service and was turned away because they deemed my job nonessential definitely last time I deal with this bank

My family and I have been banking with RBC for many years and have been satisfied customers.
The staff at the Stonewall branch are helpful and professional and kind. They have an ATM inside the bank that is open 24 hours.
RBC has helped me on a few occasions when my credit card number was stolen and used to make fraudulent purchases. It was automatically detected and I was never responsible for any of the purchases.
RBC has great options for credit cards and bank accounts. Their mobile banking app is easy to use and has a nice, modern and minimalist design.
