There is nothing worse than your car dying. Rockwood Towing and Recovery was called by CAA to tow my vehicle to the mechanic and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Daniel, the driver went above and beyond! He was experienced, professional, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. I don’t often write reviews but this company and driver certainly warranted it. Thank you!

The tow driver Daniel just changed to my spare tire on a my Tesla Model Y. I had a sidewall blowout after hitting some road hazard. The tow truck driver was fast, extremely knowledge on how to handle EVs, and professional. He knew the correct torque and PSI settings from memory and double checked everything to make sure things to good and safe. I wish I could give 6 stars. You guys are amazing. Thanks again!

Had a driver named Steve, he woke up at 3am and arrived in 15 minutes graciously to come assist me after I foolishly hit the ditch with my children in the car and we were low on gas. He helped us with a free 50 litres & didnt charge us for pulling us out and was the nicest guy ever!! Thank you rockwood towing & recovery I recommend to everybody! Great to his community!

Steve was the best! We had our coolant pipe crack on our 15 seater Transit Van while at the Stony Mountain Inst to perform. We called Steve and he said no problem. He got there within 10mins, loaded our van and brought to the nearest mechanic🙌🏽🤙🏽. Thank you for the great quick service and for helping us today🙏🏽❤️

Roadside assistance dispatched Daniel to come help out when we got ourselves into a situation with faulty tow equipment we rented from U-Haul. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and understanding. First time dealing with the company but I would recommend him to everyone. He did more than I expected to solve the situation after a full day and he did it with a smile on his face the entire time.

10/10 - absolutely recommend. Have used their services multiple times. Very easy to communicate with, absolutely fair pricing, friendly helpful staff. They just dropped off our first farm tractor and made it stress free and a breeze. I recommend their services!

I was unfortunate enough to be T-boned by another vehicle and Rockwood was the towing company who attended. The towing experience was professional and quick but what wowed me was their accommodations to open their facility after hours when we asked to retrieve our belongings from our vehicle after the smoke settled. They certainly didn’t have to especially after divulging they are a small business and have 2 young children to tend to. Long story short, Owners Dawn and Steve have the experience to take care of your towing needs but their small town hospitality is what will have me return. (Hopefully I don’t have to, lol). FYI, their towing service is 24hrs but regular access to their compound are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday as of July 4/24.

Had my vehicle picked up in town on 1st street East today, Excellent Service! Very Friendly and Knowledgeable Driver. Too bad we both had to deal with a Volvo SUV driver who couldn’t slow down for the emergency vehicle lights! Rockwood acted Professionally and Safely! Thanks and will use your service again! Highly Recommend.
