Don't let them "transfer" stuff from your phone. They will skip past all the proper transfer methods(iCloud restore, Samsung transfer tool, etc), then Bluetooth your contacts over and call it good. Then you get take it elsewhere to reset the phone and do it properly.

Horrible customer service, wouldn't recommend others to see this store, went there a couple of times and ladies waited for a man to get in to explain their products that they are selling.
Very cold and off putting, and no knowledge of any technology I was trying to purchase.
