Kelsey Recreation and Wellness Centre is a welcoming gym located in The Pas, featuring clean change rooms, hot showers, and a variety of workout equipment. While the entrance can be a bit tricky to find, some added signage would help newcomers. Overall, it’s a great spot for a workout while visiting the area.
Not the best, but really does do great for the size. Wasn't busy and the equipment is top notch

In The Pas for some work so I stopped by for a workout at the gym. Clean change rooms. Hot shower and a nice gym with everything you need. Will be coming back again. 10/10 experience!

Nice building, good food at the concession stand, arena has nice heat on the bleachers as well which is a plus.
