    Slowest bank in town. They would rather worry about closing duties than helping customers in line

    Be prepared to stand in line for over an hour. Don't go there between 12-2 pm. Teller was very rude that had taken lunch at 12 pm and did not get back till 1:10 pm.

    Phoned the branch manager five days ago requesting some one to call us to make an appointment regarding our RRSPs. Five days later we are still waiting for a return phone call from the branch.
