Today I was there with my elderly, disabled Mother who was having difficulty getting to the regular washrooms. They opened up their staff washroom and could not have been more accommodating. I am very grateful.

Bans ppl for leaving a bad review when you spend alot of money there and pay the outrageous prices for everything and for laundry.... also my mail is there cant ban my son from picking up our mail.... just a very sad and petty owner if you ask me taking away basic human right to have clean clothes knowing they are the only store for Miles and he can't drive .... not impressed and I will have words with you when im back in the country there are better ways to handle these situations professionally and I will be speaking to the esso company itself and the local municipality

The hours they are open are awful, they are constantly understaffed but rarely hire anyone, no work has been done to repair potholes or update ANYTHING about the store, needs new owners and BADLY, unless they sell the place to someone else or even sell out to a larger company that can handle the upgrades this place needs, i can only see this business going under.

This place needs new blood. The parking area to get to the lumber yard is horrific in summer not to mention The front of the store parking has deep crevices. Never minded to for repair. The public bathrooms are disgusting. The gas pumps are so outdated and in need of replacement. I strongly suggest go somewhere else

Place is getting worse ,half the machine dont work ,dryer take forever,and its a gamble now waiting for a working machine ,not worth the hassle as ive heard the same story for a couple years now ,gas cost a fortune, clearly dont care about there customer
