Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They didnt put the correct oil in and damaged my filler tube so oil was leaking all over my valve cover and caused a 70 dollar sensor to fail. I never had a problem with my vehicle until i took it here. I will never recommend anybody to bring their vehicle here for service. Just horrible all around

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us out with our tires when we needed it! We came in with a bulge in one of our tires and these amazing men identified that we also had a tire that was installed incorrectly and got us all fixed up to get back on the road safely to get home to our families! I don't know what you helped us avoid on the road and because of you, we never had to find out. Thank you!!!

We had truck trouble start up just outside Virden after closing on Friday of Thanksgiving weekend. To add to it, we also had a trailer full of horses in tow. Jerry answered the call, even though just after hours, and with his help, we got our hands on the part we needed. He fixed us up in the CoOp Agro parking lot and got my daughters, our horses, and I back on the road! Definitely giving him a 5 star rating and many thanks!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We were coming from Alberta today and began having noise come from around the passenger front tire area. We stopped in at Integra and found them very helpful. They examined the car thoroughly and suggested we may have an issue with our struts. They suggested we’d be fine heading to our destination. We really appreciated the kindness and willingness to check our vehicle on short notice! Be blessed! Check Numbers 6:24-26.

Driving through Virden on our cross-country road-trip, the tire warning light came on our camper van. Saturday afternoon, so we were in a bit of a panic! Pulled into Integra Tire and Jerry had us back on the road in no-time! This was our second positive encounter in Virden. We will remember the kindness and consideration we received in Virden! Thank you!

Went there to get a fuel filter change, they bent the fuel line, and then charged me to fix their error.

Great service, bought winter tires on the MPI program, very easy, thank you to the guy I dealt with, very thorough gave me lots of choices and his honest opinion on what to get. Can’t wait for the snow to fall to test them out. Will be back!

Based on other reviews, seems like this is something this location in particular struggles with.Called on Thursday (Oct. 13th) about getting a set of winter tires with rims.The man who answered was rude and condescending (At the beginning of our conversation I hadn't yet mentioned which vehicle I had or the size of tire, so he cut me off in mid sentence to tell me "There are 1000s of tires you know.." and began to just list a pile of brands and sizes off to me, as if I didn't already know that.. Obviously I do, that's why I'm calling.. Try getting off your high-horse of tire-sales and let you customer FINISH his sentence first?) and told me he'd get back to me. I don't hear anything so on the following Monday, I go to this location in-person and ask what the status of my request is.Turns out, the number and name I gave the person I spoke to wasn't even written down. Very unprofessional.This location might have decent service in terms of completing a job that's practically layd-out in front of them..But this location lacks the customer service skills and responsibility to be reliable enough to become my preferred tire shop. I ended up having to go to Fountain Tire instead, who were much more helpful and accommodating.tl;dr: If you want any work done by this location, you -have- to physically go to this location, speak with someone in-person, and walk them through exactly what you want.They simply do not value customers that are not directly in front of them, so don't expect a call back lest you wish to waste your time.
