Happy with the general stability of the service. Weather and time of day does not seem to affect the speed. Hope this continues to be like this. Tech support and Customer Service is always able to take my calls and help me with what I need.

Usually the speed isn’t too bad. However, there seems to be internet outages on a fairly frequent basis at times, which is disappointing, especially with the cost of the service being fairly high. I believe the costs will have to come down, as a result of competition from Starlink and other providers

We kept loosing our connection but after a phone call to your support staff, we very quickly fixed the problem. I appreciate the fast internet service and the clearer TV than we had with Bell.
