I bought a 2024 Chev Silverado 1500 from Virden Mainline Motors this week. The dealership was excellent to deal with. They were very straightforward as we negotiated and they wrote up the deal exactly as agreed with no attempts to add extra fees or anything like that. I would rate my experience with them as top notch. More of an "old school" sincere rural feel to their business compared many other dealerships I've had interactions with. Thank you Derek, James, Shane and Lizel for your part in my purchase. Also, the shop was efficient and professional in the work they did transferring things from my old truck to the new. And let's not forget about the receptionist.... she was truly friendly and sincere as she handled several of my calls as we put the deal together. I did not get her name, but I appreciated the good job she did too. Thanks again.

Just purchased my first GM product ever. Had a great experience. James listened to what I was looking for and brought me a truck that actually cost less than the one I was looking at. It met all my wants and then some. Very happy with the extra effort that James and the team made to get my deal done!

Would recommend you check out Virden Mainline Motors for your next vehicle purchase. They have a great selection vehicles. We worked with Marisa, told her which trucks we wanted to look at (had 5 used trucks in the age/budget that we were interested in). When we went to meet with her, she had them all lined up in front of the dealership and ready for us to test drive. She answered any questions we had and took the time to find out any information she did not already know about the trucks. Will be looking to them again when it comes time for the next vehicle purchase.

My alternator died and my vehicle was on the side road next to this dealership. They charged me $350 for the alternator and $1,000 for "shop fees". They charged me to charge my batteries, diagnositic, 6 hours of labour. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Recently did business with this store. They always seem to be celebrating and toasting a glass of good cheer. Come to Virden to buy your next car and join the party. The GM, I think his name is Derek, is a super nice guy. Service department is first class. "highly" recommend the dealership.

Never seem to have any of the used trucks in stock I’ve called about. Always at a “sister store” why have it on your website then.. and when they do finally have something you’ll have to wait and wait for a call back to find it’s sold already.
