James Ellis was knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions, not having had life insurance in Canada before. He will definitely be my go-to for all future dealings.
The low review rating on Google is however a bit concerning.

Poor service!! Look for every loop hole they can find!! Announce after 20 some years they are not going to continue coverage!! On parts of package!!
