“I’m just thrilled!! I have banked with you guys since I was about 8 years old - I started with the “Fat Cat” account and I’m now 30. I love every personal experience I’ve encountered but even more so enjoy the down-to-earth customer service.

I got my first loan with no down payment and horrible credit. But it was a small amount and I had just paid off my collections amount owing so they took a chance on me and I didn’t let them down. It’s been 10 years or so since my first loan with them, and I just approved for my 5th yesterday.

Lea, you were an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much for getting me in and out in about 20 minutes to make it to the very last minute medical appointment that came up for my sister. You’re amazing! ?

This place has been 100% THE BEST banking experience I’ve ever had and I’ve tried multiple other banks as a second option. Even with their online banking issues, their customer service makes for the inconvenience. Will continue to do all my banking here for the foreseeable future.
