The staff were very friendly and they offered to assist me even though I wasn't asking for any help. I told them I was fine and they let me wonder around and find what I wanted to pick up.
I like this store because they are usually well stocked and I very rarely have a situation where I cannot find my size.

I went to do a return at this store that was already approved by customer service I had email verification and everything. I was told to ask for the manager wich I did from a very helpful staff, when seeing the manager I got nothing but hostility and was accused of lying. She made me wait wile she called customer service for over a half-hour, when she came from the office she refused to speak to me and I was then able to be helped by the first staff who finally did my return for me.

A bit cluttered. Generally you just need time to find what you want. No staff around to ask where things were. I didn't see the staff till I wanted to pay.
