Bank hours are already difficult to deal with and now cutting off certain transactions available through a teller from 4-5pm is absolutely ridiculous. This is when people get off work and get things done or Saturdays which are closed completely now. Very unhappy with the changes and constant changeover of staff.

Rude, rude, rude people. Would not allow me to deposit $1100 in cash. Absolutely refused. I nearly had to beg them to do it, but stopped short and decided to walk out. Asked me where the money came from and I said I worked for it. They said that wasn't a valid answer. I literally took it out of RBC 10 minutes prior, down the road and had a receipt to prove it. I also have an account at this Scotiabank branch for goodness sake. And more products with them.
Both the teller and manager owe me a sincere apology. I filed a complaint with head office and the fella at HQ apologized to me for the branch's behaviour.
I am completely done with this branch and will never, ever set foot in it again. I have never been humiliated like this simply trying to put money into my account.

Almost always have a great experience at Scotiabank! I will admit, the phone system can be a little tricky and frustrating. However the tellers are very friendly and advisors are knowledgeable. Had an awesome experience dealing with Niby, she was able to address 3 concerns in less than 25 minutes, very pleased!

There time is not correct they said online that it's open until 5 then you get there 4:30 then they are close !!

My least favorite bank to Deal with, I deposited a check on online banking, an now they have it on hold which is not uncommon for them to do it, an then I went in by the bank an request to put it of from on hold, which I have done by the other banks before what I have dealt with before, but never had a problem with this before what I have here, and then the manager say they have to do a credit check or apply for a credit card before they can do it, what I never heard before that they have to do a credit check before they can do it, what ever it's my money. And now I'm Late to make one of my payment By the way the Cheque is under $400 dollars that's why I don't understand them,

The best bank in town. So friendly and caring, even if you're a little guy with not alot of money gt treated like you truly matter. Only place in town that will cash your government cheques if you don't have an account without ANY hassle.

Their phone system is very frustrating. Tried to get a hold of a representative to speak to them about opening up an account. Once I finally got through the automated system I waited on hold for over an hour. Tried again the next day and once again, waited for an hour. I never did open up an account.
