“I recently got a call informing me that my winter tires had arrived. I was passing by that day and stopped in just to schedule an appointment, but they said they could replace my tires that same evening, which I was very pleased about. The whole process took about an hour, including the paperwork. After driving for a couple of days, though, I was puzzled as to why the car felt so rough, even though the tires were supposed to be softer. I checked the tire pressure, and it turned out to be 45 psi on one side and 40 psi on the other, even though the sticker on the car clearly states that my pressure should be 36 psi. I was quite surprised that a company specializing in tires would let this happen. Otherwise, everything was great!”
