Don’t pick up u-haul at this location if you can, the manager there is not responsible or trustworthy. They won’t check or maintain the truck before you pick it up even if it’s not safe to drive. It’s such a waste of time. Here is a picture of the steering wheel when the truck is going straight.

I have used this company a few times. I was so greatfull to be able to rent their trucks when I was moving. The cost is amazing and the owner is great to deal with... plus the trucks are really clean.Plus when your there to pick up your rental truck, get your car washed... the car wash is in the same lot as the rental u haul...and is owned by the same guy.The car wash is the best in the interlake!

Truck wasn't ready. Covered in snow and only had a quarter tank. Not good if you are trying to keep a schedule and have movers lined up.
