I would like to give zero stars, the kid who served me today had zero customer service skills. Did not say Hello or Hi when I approached the counter and did not tell me how much my purchase was , he just stared at the pos machine. Never said one word to me. Complete silence. This is your job to make the customer feel welcome, this Esso is my last choice because of the lack of social skills.
I might add as I was in complete shock of his rudeness. I was telling my husband and I seen through the window he was laughing not sure if it was at me or he if suffers from a mental illness.
If you don’t like your job quit so someone with real customer service can work where you take advantage of lying on your resume.

Truck stop with air fill.

I always have a great experience at Esso. The station is clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the pumps are always in good working condition.

Cannabis store is always locked. 3 weeks in a row I’ve tried to buy things but the person was too busy in the bar. I get a feeling there’s new owners. What garbage service here now.
Also read the names on the 5 star reviews. That right there shows you they’re bs reviews

The chip reader didn't work on the pump, so we went inside to prepay and they couldn't figure out how to make the prepay work so we switched pumps and it still wouldn't pump gas even though the card cleared so we had to go back in a 3rd time and tell them to cancel the charge and we left. Nether of the 2 workers there cared at all. Complete waste of time coming here
