I live just down the street so I’m here quite often and the staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful with a decent selection in store. Sometimes they can be out of newer taquitos or sometimes sandwiches but that’s more fresh food and I understand. When I do delivery orders or pick up orders, they’re accurate in 99% of the time.
even if I didn’t live right near here, this would be more of a consideration than some other locations.

extremely poor customer service.i had ordered two pomegranate slurpees and received two grape flavoured ones. i called to ask about it and they started talking back rudely told me to come and get it myself. not the first time they’ve gave me a different flavour then what i ordered.

Ordered a slurpee and they gave me the wrong one TWICE. called and complained and asked them what if i were allergic and they told me “then maybe you shouldn’t order online” lol okay.

I ordered the 710 ml monster and they replaced it with the tiny 355 ml ones despite having another flavour with the same quantity in stock. Looking at other reviews I can tell the management doesn’t care about running the place or its customers seeing as all your responses are copy + paste and AI generated. I’m surprised this 7/11 didn’t shut down along with the other ones considering how terrible it seems to be.

7- Eleven he’s located on 1184 Portage Ave. in the Wolsley neighbourhood of Winnipeg. This location is basically a standard 711 – Slurpee’s, cold drinks, tea/coffee, hotdog, wings, pizza, confectionaries, lotto, and other daily goods. There is plenty of parking.

No disposable cutlery, no forks or spoons, had to cancel the purchase in the end left hungry because there is nothing to eat

Rude, rude and more rude.
Refused to check if peggo card is properly loaded. Gives you dirty looks as you walk I. Actually had one staff member roll his eyes at me when I told him they were out of cheese sauce.
