Terrible Experience Tonight
I had a terrible experience at your station this evening. I purchased $40 of fuel and $10 in lottery and tried to pay with two $25 gift cards. The cashier told me neither of them were working. I could see maybe one card having an issue, but both not working seems very unlikely.
We cancelled the transaction and I paid with my Mastercard. I asked if she scanned my points card and she said yes, but when I checked my receipt after fueling up, the points weren’t there. I went back inside and told her she must not have scanned my card again.
The only reason I came to this location was because of Esso’s promotion of earning 5,000 points when you spend $40.
I asked her to cancel the transaction so it could be redone properly, and she refused, saying “there’s nothing I can do.” I’m sorry, but it was her mistake, not mine, and her attitude made the situation even worse. I’ve had this happen before at another Esso and they fixed it right away. This cashier couldn’t be bothered to even try.
Because of her mistake and poor attitude, I lost out on the promotion. I fuel up here weekly, but after tonight I’m seriously reconsidering unless this is made right.

The girl ripped me off, I paid $60 for two packs of smokes and she gave me the wrong packs of smokes I said something and she got me the right packs and she charged me the tax’s again $7 more So I paid $67 for two packs of smokes.

I visit this 7-Eleven often during the night, and Hardeep always provides outstanding service! He is friendly, professional, and keeps the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, even during late hours. The store itself is always in great condition, making late-night visits convenient and hassle-free. No matter how busy it gets, Hardeep handles customers efficiently with a great attitude. It’s not easy working the night shift, but he makes the experience pleasant for everyone. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication

Pawnesh. What a great asset to the business. Friendly, and kind, also very well-spoken. I came for cheap advertised fuel, and was pleasantly surprised to find the pumps are now Esso + PC Points. Saved 0.12c/L, plus redeemed my 4000k PC Pts reward. Saved $13+ just on gas. Then I saw a promo for a free medium coffee with 30L fill. Went inside to find out I get that, too! Met Pawnesh and he told me they keep the coffee fresh every 20 minutes. I also noticed someone was outside cleaning up the parking lot. Very well lit exterior, and inside the store was as clean as any 7-1 convenience store can possibly be. It’s off my usual beaten path, but I’ll be coming back more frequently now that I see such a well operated business.

I have been shopping here for a long time and truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the store associates, especially a young guy named Pawnesh. The other day, he saved me a significant amount of money by informing me about some excellent money-saving deals on the products I was purchasing. I was so impressed that I wanted to leave a positive review for the store and make sure to mention his name. Additionally, I’d like to highlight that this 7-Eleven is the cleanest and most well-maintained among all the locations in Winnipeg.

I had an amazing experience at the 7-Eleven last night! I stopped by around 11 PM, and despite the late hour, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The store was well-stocked, clean, and organized, which made it easy to find what I needed. The cashier hardeep greeted me with a smile and helped me quickly with my purchases. I appreciated their positive attitude and the fast service. It's rare to find such great customer service late at night, and this store definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!"

Just came back from this place . Rude employees, they were sitting on the counter, and when I asked them if they had anymore coffee cream in the back, they just ignored me. I've been going to this place for over 40 years . But that will be the last trip I take to this store. If they can't be professional, then I'll take my business and money somewhere else. Goodbye from a long time patron .

Not the store that you would like to go. My car was low tire pressure this morning it was the nearest place that has air compressor, so I went to use their air compressor which charges you $2. The compressor didn’t work so I ask the clerk inside if their store runs it, the clerk said yes, so I told him that it didn’t work so I demanded for a refund, that clerk refused to give my money back and told me to go to Coop gas station nearby. He explained that he can’t give me back my money because it’s a “technical issue”, sounds like an airline who cancelled a flight and wouldn’t give a refund. Can they at least put a sign that says it’s out of order. Months ago we purchased $20 load for bus pass. The clerk didn’t hand me the proof that the load went through and told us that it should have went through and their printer is broken. When I pressed upon the exact reason why I can’t get a proof, she’s now telling me that they have been having issues with their machine but still insist that it had been loaded. Even the manager was telling me that it had went thru, without proof I didn’t trust them so we went on to my online account for transit and found out that it was never loaded. We even called 311 to verify and was told nothing was loaded. Went back and showed the print out that shows that nothing was loaded. They gave me back my $20 without any apologies even when I caught them lying. Very dishonest employees.
