They let drifters sleep in their bare feet next to the atm on a regular basis, rarely clean litter from their parking lot, slurpee machines are never working.

Great chilling location to pick up stuff in hurry. The staff is good and know what they are doing especially the night people. Every time i visit they greet you and talk nicely.

Was a decent location a year ago. Location has gone downhill. Horrible staff. Have promotions on their door that they won’t honour.
If this location continues like this I suspect it won’t be around long.

Poor Experience with Coupons – Unprofessional Service
I recently visited 7-Eleven to redeem a coupon for a free medium-sized slurpee ,which is valid until May 31st next year. However, the cashier informed me there was a system glitch, preventing the coupon from being used. Instead of resolving the issue, they insisted I pay $1 and use the coupon next time. This makes no sense to me – the coupon clearly states it’s free, and it’s not my responsibility to figure out how they can honor it. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and they didn’t seem to know how to do their jobs. If you’re planning to use any free coupons here, be aware that you might end up paying for them instead. Very disappointing.

It was free slurpy day and guy at the counter refused to serve saying there’s no more free slurpy and we need to pay if we wish to get one.. when checked online, offer was available till 11pm and our visit to store was around 8:10pm.. stop racism and stick to policies

The free slurpee day event was amazing at the 1622 St Mary’s & River location (Winnipeg, Manitoba, in Canada) bouncers and games for kids, non alcoholic drinks for adults, and the music concert was truly amazing touch all for the traditional free slurpee event!!! This location brought out the community and we had a blast for all ages!!!!! Thank you, we needed this! High five for the team and managers who put this together!

The female clerk is arrogant and rude. Further, the food areas are breeding flies and filthy. How do they get to serve food in such unsanitary conditions? Where's our heath inspectors.
