Why does it say open 24 hours yet any time I go there after midnight it's locked and when you call the number they just hang up on you

Absolutely awful experience. The Filipino lady working the Friday night shift at 11 PM is rude, disrespectful, and acts like she hates her job and the people around her. Zero professionalism, no manners, and completely unfit for any customer service role. She talks down to people, shows no empathy, and makes you feel unwelcome the moment you walk in. If this is who they trust to represent the business, it says a lot.

I came by at 5:30 AM this morning and the doors were locked. I’ve been a regular here since I was a kid, unfortunate that I’ll need to change my morning routine.

The service here is always nice. This review is a warning for customers. This location, (I can only speak to this location) has moved to self serve with their taquitos. I got really bad food poisoning from these taquitos. And yes, I am 100% sure it was the taquitos.
If you are going to get these taquitos, be sure to ask how long they have been sitting out, when the utensils were last cleaned, and most importantly, wash your hands before eating. I’d even go as far to suggest you ask the staff for gloves when handling. I wouldn’t recommend taking the risk, but hopefully this advice can be helpful.

I would give this place 5 stars, but it wasn't the regular staff working this morning, but instead people who when I told their coke was out of the big gulp machine replied with, it's sold out then. Not even offering to see if there was a bib in the back or anything. The girl working cash wasn't very welcoming either. Bring the other two that usually work the morning shift back.

This place is superbly clean, and every time I walk-in, the same regular full-time woman always says, "hello, welcome to 7-11". The only thing I would suggest is that the Coke Zero spout on the soda machine be replaced or serviced because it pressure spues soda all over the place, and on people's clothes. I come to this location because everything metal shines from the constant high-touch surface cleaning. Excellent cleanliness and service! Well done!

If i could rate this location 0 stars i would. The service i have received on numerous occasions has been absolutely awful. The staff are not friendly, they have no product knowledge, and they don't care about the cleanliness or organization of the store. It is an awful location that the company should be ashamed of. Fire the staff and start over, until then I will walk the extra 3km to a different location where the staff aren't undertrained garbage.
