Went to purchase gas at Salter 7/11, was at the window to pay with change, they refused to accept my money. So was forced to drive over to Watts 7/11 on fumes, where I got gas. Thanks so much Salter 7/11 - you've just lost my business, not everyone has money in their bank to use their bank cards.
And while we're belanting about this: another time, ripping me off 10¢ of $20 when I gassed up. Now I go to Co-op on Redwood/Arlington where I get what I pay for for gas. Way better service.

One of the female employees was opening the door and letting in a few people at a time then locking it I was standing there even after the customer left she wasn't letting me in she just stood there looking at me i just wanted a slurpee she was only letting in females she's sexist I know that but there needs to be more white people working there just being honest

Not sure how well English language is known to the night staff. Due to window service I will explain what I need and they have no idea what I'm talking about even with clear, concise instructions, meanwhile grabbing every single literal item near or around what I asked for. I have a feeling it is deliberate . I have seen the staff ignore and laugh at people trying to get window service. Disheartening. It's this type of staffing that is running the franchise into the ground . There is no respect .

I find a store nothing but racist people they will not serve Aboriginal people at the window the ignore them they knock at the window and asking for help they still stand there sometimes I see them laughing and ignoring them, why is this why is this ? I find it highly rude as a past employee I would never do this, People really need to grow up . If you can find a better store to go to go this is so God dam disgusting what I saw. If I treated people like this my family would not only angry but made to go and say sorry for the way I treated someone

Came to buy drinks for my 530 am shift and the dude took 10 minutes to grab the drinks it was one kind I don't enjoy standing out here with no safety of the store and he was rude.

Again, just amazed at the quality of service on night shift. Not only did I get served from a man with greasy hands because he didn't wash them after dealing with the cooked food display. I was greeted with a "what do you want"? And I asked for an Extra Large Slurpee which I was charged for and received a large. You say you want to be the neighborhood go-to store. I say the neighborhood go-to another store.
