I'm leaving a 1 star review because I asked for 20 2026 bus tickets they gave me 2025 bus tickets. I guess I'm paying the extra fare to get to work. Maybe this location needs to train their staff. I guess I'll get bus tickets elsewhere. The guy who sold the bus tickets insisted they were next years ( well this year) bus tickets

They made me wait outside at 10:40 and completely ignored me after making me wait at the window wanting to order something while they let the skip drivers wait inside

I come in every day with my dog at the end of our walk for a big gulp. I have been doing this for years, the staff has historically been kind, courteous and help me in and out with no problems. Now there are a couple new employees, and when the people I have known working here for years aren't in, they are very rude to me. Today I walked in and a woman with no calm discussion or approaching me politely screamed get out no dogs. I tried to calmly say that I come in almost daily with my dog and she just screamed get out we won't serve you. I did not appreciate her tact, or general respect. How does she know this is not a service dog or an emotional support animal? There was no respect at all in the way she communicated and I have had issues with people like this before with a service dog.

I truly do like the employees at the store but it is really hard to order something from a speaker outside of the building trying to window shop but you can actually see any of the product to a person that doesn't speak fluent English I know the statement sounds racist that is not the intention of my comment the comment is more relevant to public relations and working with people that don't speak the language that the person has at the window whether it's French English Ojibwe whatever the language may be The person should be able to speak something fluent to Canada well enough that he can at least have good public skills through a speaker so that 7-Eleven doesn't go out of business altogether

Why is it so hard to lock up your garage bins? The poor business that had to always clean it up has there bins locked and the garbage man has a key for it. I'll be calling the city and health department daily tell this is fixed. Main and bannerman

Dont buy vanilla visa cards here! I bought a 100$ vanilla card and my brother bought a 50$ version. both of our cards got somehow hacked by I dont know who, then drained both of our cards. there are no refunds, I was really looking forward to online shop what I planned for weeks to get yet now im actually disappointed. I feel like got scammed, never buying those again.

I was just there and the staff were so dam ignorant I cannot believe how they treat indigenous people. Last store I complained about how awful they were to indigenous people . Only this time he was my partner who just wanted a Slurpee. He had ask them a question they said no and said I need to help others please move and started serving them instead why is this an ongoing issue with how staff treat indigenous people. As well making accusations of theft Please contact me on this matter

Horrible, I was just in there and the staff were yelling at a Aboriginal man saying he is going to steal then they grabbed him. He got free and showed them hr had money.
NOT ALL ABORIGINAL PEOPLE STEAL. You should be ashamed of your staff.

They make the best wedges and the chicken, I went to the 7-Eleven at Norte Dame and Arlington, the place looked dirty, and empty, the wedges and chicken tasted weird, didn't like it..here at Bannerman and Main is good..plus it's clean..

Chicken strips + wedges on-point: Pair with chip dip and NASA might call asking how your trip to space went ?*Update: Amazing staff work at this location. Chicken strips were at their crispiest :D
