I went the other day found one of these chocolates and there was no price on them so I went to go pay for it and ask how much they were and I put my money out and then they gave us a price and they were talking about us in a different language which my friend understood and they were saying they don’t know how to count stuff like that. I’m dyslexic and I found it really rude. The Staff needs to be nicer to other people And be more understandable honestly disgusted

I had really bad experience visiting this place. The representative named Bibi had 37 years of customer service experience yet failed to have basic etiquette to treat the customers. She was really rude. Never visting this place again.

I generally go to this 7-11 for my morning coffee every morning. There has been numerous occasions where there is a particular Staff member “Bibi” who always seems to be picking up the slack of other team members. Always trying to pick up from the lack of work done the night before. My question is where is management? The store appears to be disorganized in the mornings, having this poor lady having to do the morning work and the work of the staff incapable of doing it the night before. She certainly deserves recognition for her hard work.

I visited the place at 3 am after seeing that it was open 24 hours.
The door was closed and there was an employee inside, but they said no.
The staff was friendly and nice when I visited during the day.
I think I need to check the time carefully in the morning.

We tend to make a beeline over to the slurpee section of the store right at the back, which often has sticky floors which is understandable. It's always a fun time seeing what flavors are available and those that aren't. We've visited this location more times since the attached photos were taken, and there's almost always some unusual flavor that we haven't had before which is sometimes a gamble on whether you'd like it or not. (The photos posted were from a visit was over a year ago)

Cashier is very rude her name is amandeep she’s very unwelcoming, doesn’t know how to greet customers and treat their customer. I don’t know how she supposed to work here in sale department, she doesn’t even know the customer service job, don’t know basic greetings, whenever i go there she always seems rude and having no expressions (smile) on her face,her body language is very unwelcoming and uncomfortable to talk to very unprofessional👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 management better do something about it.

Cashier today morning was rude, standing in line to pay for gas n night shift guy just attending other customers ignoring me.
Ask him to change his attitude. Poor, pathetic display of customer service.

Why is cream soda and bluberry yuzu lemonade slurpee flavors out of order. It has been out of order for a while. When will 7 - 11 restock this flavors beacuse these are my favorite flavors and everytime i need a slurpee i have to drive 5 miles more for the other 7-11

Witnessed a cashier throwing things at a customer and telling the customer she's going to die soon. I stood up for this customer
I don't care what she stole, you don't treat people like that.
