Old staff was 100% way better, didn't mind cooking for us over night workers in the morning . New guy refused to cook even tho he was cooking for deliveries, I guess we will be going elsewhere for our food from now on.

This Location doesn't have cooked food often and that includes the fried Hickenlooper etc. I use Skip alot and they seem to rush and misplace items. I have reviewed this store before form a great rating to a terrible rating. The manager refused to speak to me one time and if you place a Skip order they may try to add in items before calling you to fix a order and hope a item or 2 for free will keep you from complaining to Skip.
Although recently they have started to do better, I usally only had thos problem with their one female worker that was rude. I now tent to order later in the day or early in the morning so I haven't seen this employee which to my surprise things have started to get better with my order's. That said I'll go and give them 3 stars because they don't have nearly the same amount of deals as the larger 7-Elevens and especially the Hot Foods: Fried Chicken, Potato Wedges, Wings etc. Only the fast cook oven microwave and a smokie grill.

3rd time I now have had to edit this review, each time it continues to get worse. I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but I can't any longer.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ON SKIP OR ANY OTHER SITES. You Might As Well Go I Person. Terrible Employee/s, Absurdly Rude, Impatient, No Care For Their Customer's Service.[I Have to recall my previous reviews on this location. Which had started with a 5 star review and very good staff with excellent customer service in getting any problems fixed immediately without having to cancle orders on you].(I had ordered three times 6 pack Aquafina Water 710ml, total of 12.8L) If this item is listed on Skip and they don't have it they would always just give me 13L in 1L or 1.5L Bottles of Aquafina or Dasani Brand Water so I'd still get the quantity of water I paid for. Unfortunately this time they have this one female employee that pretends the manager is there and won't let you talk to anyone else. She has been the only person to piss me off and ruin my day, I live a couple blocks away and am a regular customer. Instead of solving this issue they wanted me to change my order so I would.only get 4× 1.5L Bottles. 6L in total under 50% of the water I ordered. They should be responsible for what they have shown online and when I called the store I was ignored 3 seperate times and then when I asked them to substitute the water the way they always have down it when the actual item wasn't available she ended up huffing and puffing on the phone followed by immediately hanging up on me). All this over Water !!Skip was no help at all in this matter and I will not be ordering from this location again, and if I happen to be at this location in person I will be complaining in person to the manager about this one employee that's always giving not just me but everyone problems. They ask you to write a good review and I usally add their names in with my reviews but I hope this location loses its ability to have Skip as a partner, as I will be taking this matter further up the line with Skip The Dishes.If 7-Eleven is reading this I hope you know this employee has made the Manager and Store look extremely bad and has angered me so much that I am taking this time to try and have your franchise removed from Skip The Dishes taking away a huge piece of what you make in revenue.
