Amazing people here, a friend of mine hit a piece if concrete on the highway and wrecked her rim and tire, pulled in here and they said to bring them her winter tires the next day and they will get them in for here ASAP and they would keep her car in the locked compoind over night as she cant drive the car. I went to pick her and her son up and this is what was told to me. Amazing customer service, hard to find that now a days, a big thank you to these guys

Be sure to thoroughly inspect the work you get done.
Their technicians can be quite careless and the completely unrelated damage they cause to your vehicle is your problem if you miss it.

Great company to work with. I had a random event take place on a dirt road near their shop. I would recommended to use Abas Auto which was around the corner and I’m really glad that I did. I ended up going through MPI to fix my car and they handled everything with ease. Every time I walked in someone greeted me by my name and when I got my car, it was spotless. If I lived closer to them, I would use them as my main garage any day.

Excellent, effective, efficient, fast, friendly… fantastic. Took our call on a Friday before August long, took the SUV in immediately. Coffee, doughnuts and two-bite brownies and bathroom. Just waiting for the finished fix (cracked rim MPI and checking second tire) - I highly recommend the staff. If you don’t hear back on this review - we all good! Now’s the man - Thanks again and best of luck on the latest addition!

I took my truck to Abas to get fixed, and after they worked on it, it's a pain to fill up the gas, and three plugs got messed up. I keep calling them, but they're not doing anything. I'm not recommending anyone to go there

We were at Stony Mountain yesterday with our 15 seater transit van that had a crack in the coolant hose. I spoke with Moe and explained the situation and the fact we needed to drive back to Steinbach after our performance. He reassured me that they will take care of it right away. Very thankful that they made time to take in an emergency last minute call and that they found the problem and fixed it🤙🏽. The labour cost was cheap and when I tried to tip them, they wouldn't take it and mentioned to just leave review. Very blessed to have come across Abas Auto and Moe, and for their great service and hospitality. Thank you Moe🙏🏽 & Abas Auto🙌🏽

Abas handled an MPI claim for me so quickly and were so wonderful to deal with! An absolutely stress free experience. It was a 2 week total process from the first time I called them, and they provided a curtesy car while my car was in the shop. Every staff member I interacted with was great!

My car was here for a theft claim and after they were done with it my car hasn't been the same. They didn't put parts back properly and some functions are no longer working on my car. And a half ass detail done.

Always same day communication is what gets you five stars from me, my car coming back cleaner inside and out than what I dropped it of, that’s nice as well.

Izzy and his team at Abas Auto were so helpful and communicative when my car was there for an MPI theft claim. It was fixed and returned to me in under a week. They really seem to care.

Opened my mpi claim with this company and got an estimate back within the next couple days in October 2023 and haven't heard a thing back since. The initial wait time for parts was 2 months as they were coming from the USA(which i understand). We tried calling Kristi on several occasions and all i got was shes *out of the office* or *on the other side of the shop with the boss*. Now, going on 5 months, im thinking shes not getting back to me. This company obviously doesn't honour there quotes as they've been avoiding us for almost 5 months. In glad i didn't bring my vehicle there prematurely as i would've been out a vehicle for that time and it could've had a mice infestation like the review prior to mine.I even had additional body work on a show peace car for them aswel(which im glad i never went forward with) In closing i wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to be neglected as a customer and get ignored multiple times by there staff.
