I’ve consistently had great experiences with Access Storage, especially at the Gordon Avenue location. The customer service has always been exceptional — Fikadu, in particular, is always incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I do recommend!

I had to rent a unit for short term use and it was very easy to rent one last minute. The process was quick and convenient. I had a little hiccup getting my code to work but I was able to call the store and speak to a rep who got it working right away! Canceling on a specific day of the month was also quick and easy. I love that you don't need to be stuck in a month-to-month contract! I will definitely rent again from Access if I need a storage unit in the future.
