SCAM ALERT !
I wish I trusted the negative reviews. This was my first time I visited Advance Auto and definitely the last time as well. If you are new customer, make sure you are ready to be get ripped off by those clowns. Two days ago I got my truck serviced from Advance Auto and they charged me $1300 plus. On the next day my truck started making noise from engine. When I approached them, their behaviour was rude. The guy at front has no sense how to talk to the customers and started talking like that we did this, we did that but it has nothing to do with that noise. When I put my question he had no answer and he told me that he know nothing about Toyota Tacoma but offered me that he can check again but will charge me. When you know nothing about a vehicle, how can you offer service ? Does it make any sense ?
I told that rude guy at reception that I was about to bring my other car for safety but not now and he told I can bring it anywhere else.
In nutshell, if you are visiting them first time, beware ! go somewhere else. Do not make the mistake I made. They only care if you are ready to be get ripped off couple times.
Update:
Those clowns removed the skid plate to change the engine oil and broke a bolt. After changing the engine oil they never took the responsibility to fix the broken bolt and left the skid plate loose on the truck.
