I forgot to leave a review but few days ago I came into this store just to look around for a gift for my niece but this lady at cash with short blonde hair was just staring at me with the most rudest look and kept eyeing on me everywhere I go. I won’t come back here ever again! I’ll rather go to American Eagle Polo Park.

The moment we walked in we experienced excellent customer service! The one that stood out above them all was Nayhal! She was our personal assistant shopper working the fitting rooms there! She did amazing advertising all those styles the store had to offer and suggested clothing! We absolutely loved her! She clicked into the style we were looking for and matched up clothing’ we were impressed with her customer service.She is definitely the highlight of this store at the outlet mall winnipeg! Everyone else working there were friendly! We were offered a QR code to book an appt to try on clothing with a staff memebers attention! Love love this!!!! What an excellent idea! The. Went the their sister company Aeerie- it was 180 degrees down hill! What awful staff they have working there!!!!! Fire them all! ;)Thankyou!!

I really like the quality of their clothes for my boys. Don’t buy girls clothes but the boys clothes are decent.

Clothing is perfect, Quality is perfect but Staff is very rude to customers who want to do an return. I have seen many stores taking return even without tags but I had all my tags and even size sticker on clothes but i was falsely blamed cos crew member said she can smell detergent. If there is anything at least you can be polite but this experience made me not going back to this particular location.
