They’ve got a bit of everything for everyone (even non-cat people)! I like that you can go there without a reservation to see the cats. If there’s a wait, you can enjoy something from their coffee shop/bakery or browse through their thrift store.

This place delivers everything as promised - cats, cafe, and thrift. By far the best London Fog in the city, hands down - puts Timbo's to shame. Overall, a very good vibe here.

A well stocked thrift store, coffee shop and Cat cafe. My friend and I visited today and left 3 hours later. We brought donations, we shopped and found some treasures, we visited the kitties for an hour, then we had an exceptionally crafted PSL & London fog while sitting at the kitty window. Proceeds go to fund D’arcy’s ARC, a well established rescue in Winnipeg.

I don't recommend donating your items to this thrift store as they like to throw out your donations and not allow anyone else to utilize them by cutting up every single item like shoes, CDs, clothing, towels, sheets, they don't allow us low-income people who have to go in the bins to look for things that we can secondhand and this is what I found, very sad and disgraceful.

I love this thrift store so much! I always go by here just to see if there are any clothing that would catch my eye and I have found some really good pieces for my wardrobe. The prices are insane! I don’t think I have spent more than $5 per clothing. Plus the proceeds would go to the cats. The staff and the cats are really the best thing about this store.

Great little store and nice cafe. Cats are so cute and seem to be very well taken care of. Staff are nice and the manager is very helpful. Please support this non-profit and D'Arcy's Arc (their mother location where they get their cats from to adopt).

This place could be a lot better than it is. They have potential! The people that work here are really nice though. The thrift store area is not super big. They have a lot of comfy sweaters though. Sadly not a lot of Halloween costumes. They do have a nice selection of brand named discounted pet food and some other pet products. The Cafe part of the store has a few delicious treats and my friend told me that his coffee was average and tasty enough. I loved my Cheese Onion bun! It was so cheesy and delicious! The area where the cats hangout is kind of pitiful though. It's basically a large bedroom with two bunk beds and cat toys. The kitty litter area has an upper level and a ramp. I honestly feel bad for the cats in there. I know they are comfortable and behave in a lazy manner but it might be because there is no room to run around in and exercise. But I do love that all the profits from this building store goes to support a pet charity that does their best to get the pets adopted to good homes.

Went here with some friends and it started great we donated and then got to see the cats. The cats were adorable, after 15 minutes a lady came in and rushed us out saying our fifteen minutes was up (total understandable but she was very rude when rushing us and I ended up forgetting to grab my bag) I try to ask someone if I could get my bag and no one was around so I went in to grab it off the counter and when I was leaving the room after getting my bag the same lady came rushing over yelling at me that I couldn’t go back in. I told her I forgot my bag and she was kinda apologetic but she shouldn’t have been yelling in the first place. Overall cute cats, extremely rude old lady working there, and very over priced items (there was a Barbie covered in bite marks with a tag for $3, that puts the prices into perspective).

My family and I rode our bikes here to shop. They have no place to lock all of our bikes up, so I asked if I could leave my child’s bike in the store. The person said no, my family would have to wait outside. I messaged them on Facebook to ask if they’d consider installing a bike rack for their customers, and they said no, because people on bikes steal and are violent..?!? Way to profile people that can’t afford to own a vehicle or choose to ride a bike (something that is quite normal in Europe). When I asked to speak to a manager I was blocked from messaging them. Have seen from other reviews that they are rude, shady with hiking up prices and arguing with customers, and have been racist. Too bad you can’t be decent for the sake of the cats.

Great little place! I'm allergic to cats so I didn't bring a mask to visit them but it's so great that they mostly focus on helping these cats find new homes! They offered items in my size of 2 XL and their clearance section is generous. Their books are in great shape. I didn't get a chance to try out the cafe part as I came in a little late but I look forward to visiting again.

As thrift stores go, it is very clean and quite easy to shop in. Wide enough isles. Big variety of things. Looks like a pretty decent selection of clothes. Staff are friendly and helpful.

i stopped in here with a friend to look for thrifty treasures - i ended up finding a video game i liked but it was priced twice, one sticker said $2 and the other said $5 but they charged me the $5 price :-/ not a huge deal but a little annoying. there was one member of staff, i think their name was bella ? or belle ? who was SO extremely kind and helpful - the deduction of stars is because while she was helping me at the front counter, the other two staff members who were working were obviously snickering about me ? it made me really uncomfortable and the situation felt awkward and super unprofessional. they were whispering and laughing with their backs turned and would then peek at me over their shoulders occasionally. made me feel like i was in high school all over again which is a feeling i do not chase after - don’t think i’ll be going here again for a while…
