A women with a black curly hair working at the pick up station is so rude and racist. when I asked how trad in things work and when should I come back to return the phone she said she doesn’t know what I am talking about. And then she said maybe…15 days? Idk as fast as you can come back….what? Its 14days. And I could feel that she doesn’t want to talk to me the whole time. Like…. You are a grown up adult and whats with that attitude with a customer? When I saw her talking to the other WHITE CUSTOMER she looked so friendly and was smiling the whole time. Awesome experience after spending 2500$ apple. Nice job.

Worst apple store .They will just make you wait so that they can pretend that their store is full.Told the person at entrance that I want a specific iphone 15 and will not need any career ,but maybe she was on some power trip or something else she still made everyone wait for atleast 30 min so that they can pretend they are busy

Came in multiple times for same issue. Last time tech said they would replace unit if it happened again.It happened again.Manager Patricia refused to honor tech promise. Also, when I asked how to contact her manager, said “we don’t give out personal contact information” - as if I was asking for his home phone number or something. Please. She should not be managing a store.

very rude employee his name was vinsin. i never told about changing anything i just asked about battery drainage and i asked advised what we can do for resolving the issue but he was very rude with me and he passe wrong information his manager. apple should hire good employees.

Great big mall. I love that there is a The Bay there and a watch repair shop inside. Very friendly at the watch repair shop. She has my watch repaired in 60 seconds.

Unsatisfied, I took my laptop to Apple 4 times to get it fixed and they never gave me a proper diagnoses and were gonna charge me $500 because they claimed I had "water damage" which I didn't and it would take a week. They were rude and didn't listen to me when I said I didn't have water damage. I took it to TecFix and it took them one day to fix the problem, charged me a quarter of the price and said there was ZERO water damage and that the laptop itself was a lemon and had nothing to do with me.

Wish I could give zero or negative stars. The manager was beyond rude and condescending. They refuse to back their defective products. Based on those 2 reasons, my next phone will be a Samsung. I know I am a small fish in a big sea, but I will no longer support Apple when they won’t support me and make me feel like an inconvenience.??

Went to polo park for a new phone. The Upfront Edge plan with Rogers (do not get this) had me there figuring out things for 5 hours today. However Veronica, Christian, Jazz and 2 others were amazing and helped so much. They have great customer service and personalities! The experience was made 110% better because of them!

Jason was the only good part of my visit, friendly and kind. few other employees are pretentious and rude.Impossible to get a greeting from anyone as their heads are buried deep into their phones, ignoring anyone who has a question to then shove them off.Outdated, the place looks like a chefs kitchen with all the metal.

This is not a store, this is a concentration camp! I came to repair my daughter's iPad Pro. They immediately started rude to me: don't stand here, don't go there. I went through security, then the first manager, then I had to enter all my details to be let through, then they told me to sit and wait! Do you have a regime object? military secrets? the wait took more than 15 minutes and I was about to leave, but a girl master came to me, connected my iPad to her laptop, pressed something for 5 seconds and said that my iPad cannot be repaired... cool, an iPad with a price of $1500 cannot be repaired after 5 second check, I asked if it is possible to exchange for a new one with an extra charge, they told me no, because this one does not work. I will never buy Apple equipment again because it cannot be repaired. I had a similar situation with my Samsung, the microphone stopped working, no one could hear me when I was talking, then in the Samsung service they changed my phone for a new one without any payment, and in Apple they can't do anything even for money! Worst purchase for $1500 in my life!

Poor experience at this store.iPhone 14 pro max purchased in February. Recently developed an antenna issue and cannot connect to cellular network.Defective. Should be an easy replace under warranty? Don’t think so.Visit the Genius Bar and wait 20 minutes past the appointment time.. whatever.Confirmed the phone is defective and in need of repair that will take a few days to get in parts. When the phone is under 6 months old and already defective that’s completely unacceptable. Ended up speaking to manager who was nothing but condescending and unhelpful to the situation ,, unless coming up with all the excuses in the book is his expertise. Don’t compare defective iPhones to cars. Bad look.Contacted Rogers (my provider) shortly after and they confirmed the defective device and are mailing a replacement under warranty. So much for going right to the manufacturer for help.PS. To the manager/ who cares how long you have worked there. Poor service is poor service and based off reviews here.. not the first scenario.

UPDATE:Spoke directly to 1-800-MY-APPLE and they’re sending me a new phone to replace the one I’m having an issue with.Thx to the kind lady who listened to my concern with the camera lens and offered a solution to replace the phone.Before and after photos below.Waited 30 minutes after my set appointment time. The “Genius Bar staff member” was rude and condescending. He was rushing between customers saying he needed coffee.I was trying to explain my camera issue and then when I tried to explain further he said “can I speak?” Really? Can you listen to me first? I spoke to the manager who was much better to deal with. At least he was polite.

I work on many platforms. Apple is one of them, I do enjoy going into the store and not being asked a single question. Yes. I'm looking at ports and functionality. The staff recognize that. I really love the build and quality of apple products. Mac's can run Linux, that's another big plus. As a customer I can say the online service is sublime, not perfect but exemplory of the industry. Sometimes I walk in and an inexperienced staff member would hover over me like I were to steal something. And novice security would be in my space, after I typed four or five paragraphs then delete them, turn around and sercurity is just staring at me. Ruining my experience. At least at home I don't have someone profiling me when I am typing. I will continue to work on Mac's and other apple products. I remember being a kid and not being able to afford the things Steve Jobs were introducing. My brother bought the first Mac in our entire family. Now, all my cousins have iPhones. This location has been failing. Many things you can notice upon entry. I would never let my Mac get that dusty. The salesmanship is wanting. Weekday staff, the regulars, are great. The online side of things with Tim Cook selling the hardware. I think that's where I will keep it. Where build and quality speak for themselves. Ignore the ugly Winnipeg version of an otherwise great company.

Went to buy a new iPad Pro 12inch today and change in my old one, getting all my information photos and content on apps over to the new one ( got help by staff member) was told that even if it’s not on the cloud it would be transferred…… it didn’t! This is for my work, I have lost 100 of hours making designs for work , apple say on the phone that there sorry, no compensation nothing.. just have a nice day and a ups we’re sorry. I expected more when something like this happens!!!

there from out of province and asked male associate for help. he breezed past me rudely saying look if you don't have an appointment I can't help you.. wow.. what a warm welcome to winnipeg..two female employees came up to help. we only were making a purchase not requiring help.
