“Friendly but not pushy and gave good advice and not just what we wanted to hear.
Accessible to the building but moving through the space with a walker, I was not able to get up every row. Someone in a wheel chair would have a hard time.

The guys removed my old furniture and set up the new furniture, removed packaging, and even put floor protectors on the feet of the couch before they left.

“We had a wonderful experience shopping at Kern Hill. Our salesperson, Preston, was incredibly knowledgeable about the couches and made thoughtful recommendations based on what we were looking for. He also encouraged us to take home several fabric samples so we could see them in our own space and lighting, which was so helpful.
What we appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure—Preston focused on sharing his expertise and supporting us in finding what truly worked for us, rather than pushing a sale. This was such a refreshing change compared to other stores we visited, where we felt pressured to buy on the spot in order to get a “deal.”
Everyone at this location was great to work with, and we were also given free delivery. The delivery and setup team was fantastic as well. We just received our couch and absolutely love our purchase.”

“Great place to shop for appliances. Our salesperson was Yzael Nicanor. He was wonderful to deal with. Informed and more than willing to accommodate our needs. Only negative thing was receiving minimun 3 or 4 automated emails, calls and texts to confirm delivery of each appliance. Each one had different delivery times which was a bit frustrating. That being said, both delivery teams were fantastic. Professional, polite, clean. Overall good experience other than the multiple conflicting delivery contacts. Would recommend.”
