Very poor customer service. Although I wasn't expecting much of Ardene they managed to disappoint me. I was at the store getting a swimsuit, I stood in line at the counter (no one else was waiting in line besides me) and there were two employees at the counter, one of them was explaining something to the other employee, I guess something related to the cash register or something like that, but there I was standing right in front of them and I had to say "hi" because they were not acknowledging me at all, nothing happened, this woman who by the way seemed to be the manager didn't even bother to raise her head and look at me. I had to say hello again, hello for the third time, this time I made sure it was loud enough so they can look at me. This woman was still ignoring me and the only thing she could say is "Yeah" (still not looking at me) with a very annoyed tone of voice. Then she proceeded to call another employee to help me. And the thing here is, I get it , you're busy and that's totally understandable but the least you could do is acknowledge your clients and tell them to hold on a second. That's all! It's not that hard isn't it?. If any of the corporate People at Ardene sees this, she's white, tall, black hair, glasses, robust and seemed to be the manager. This happened around 1 pm at Ardene garden city. I just hope you take action to avoid this type of incidents in the future.

HORRIBLE. I always pop in once in awhile but never buy anything, except for tonight. Bunch of items were under a 40% off rack and the item I got just so happened to be under one that said 50%. Cashier rang it up under 40% even though I showed her where I got it from. She was very rude, didn't seem to care at all. I'm not one to make a fuss over 10% but it could have been handled better as it was marked wrong and customer satisfaction clearly wasn't her strong suit.
