I am very surprised about the negative comments on how staff are rude because people don’t look a certain way.To be quite honest, I don’t look like a model, I’m not young and I don’t follow any fashion trends with my clothing style.I also went shopping with my daughter who dresses emu and was looking for a suit for grad. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to help us and we felt very welcomed. This was by all the staff there not just the original one who approached us.We were also given a token for a free drink in their cafe, and the drinks are amazing btw!My only issue with this brand is their return or exchange policy. It is extremely strict! For the cost of the items I would expect the company to be much more accommodating. It’s my only negative.

Got my daughters jackets from the store in Polo Park. I told the saleswoman specifically 2 smalls. I was sent home with a small & XL. You shouldv'e seen my daughters' disappointment Christmas day. I've been trying for days to call to see if they have smalls in to exchange, and NOBODY answers the phone EVER in that store

Okay, ONE STAR because I can’t give infinity ZEROS..this is gonna be like an essay! So always loved the clothes here, but the “concierge” experience hasn’t been the smoothest.. I received an email “Clientele VIP” where you get to shop first before they release the actual sale item/price to consumers who has no aritzia account I guess that’s how they make you “a bit more valuable” but what I encountered today was the complete opposite. I’ve placed an order less than 2 weeks ago and would like to have my product price adjusted to what the “clientele price tag is since it still falls into that 14 days return for full refund right? First I got a response saying they have “NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS POLICY” but willing to give 10% to adjust the price… okayyyy that’s nice… but here’s the catch… ONCE THEY APPLY THAT 10% discount your product will be Final sale, which means you can not RETURN OR EXCHANGE.. YET SHE SAID THEY HAVE NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY. THIS IS THE PART WHERE THEY SUCK YOUR $$ INThis is their Final sale policy.Sale items marked with a discount less than 50% can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale.The Price adjustments they are offering is 10% now why would that make the Item final sale? It’s not greater than 50% discounts so WHY? Here’s the funny part too.. I found out, I have placed another order which hasn’t shipped yet, and so I asked her if she could apply that 10% towards that order.. she happily said yes, but I will have to wait for the item to arrive I’m like whattt? Okay, sure I was over it whatever. Out of my CURIOSITY.. I asked, SO when I get the item you can adjust the price and apply that 10% discount and the item will be Final sale as well? And SHE EASILY RESPONDED YES THAT’S CORRECT! And I’m like ? I CAN’T EVEN! Oh so I ended up requesting for the E-gift card. And GUESS WHAT? It takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET THE E-gift card Via Email. I AM SO DONE WITH ARITZIA!!! I AM DONE!! You don’t deserve peoples hard earned money. IT’S LIKE ONCE YOU BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY TRY TO PUT A CHAIN ON YOUR NECK TO REEL YOU IN. I PROMISED THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW I’VE EVER DONE.

The new store is much nicer than the old one. They even got a cafe too! You get a free coffee token if your spouse spend more than 200 bucks a purchase. I thought about posting pics but it would look hella suspicious for a dude to take photos in a women’s fashion store. 4 stars because my gf bleeds me dry when she shop here.

I hear a lot about the workers at some locations of Aritzia being passive or rude but ever since the new store opened, I’ve had great service each time.I wanted to share an experience today with Amanda. She chatted with me a bit and didn’t make me feel awkward at all for requesting a dressing room with a mirror. When I accidentally opened two dressing rooms (sorry about that btw! ??♀️) Amanda and the other workers didn’t make me feel bad about the mixup, even though I’m sure it must have been annoying to fix.Thank you Amanda for being so kind. It goes such a long way when you’re helped by an awesome person when shopping.- Sam

My first and only purchase at this store was a skirt and top for a wedding I was attending. The whole purchase came to $250, which I thought was pretty pricey, but I’m willing to pay the price for good quality clothes. After one evening of use, I noticed the top already tearing in the armpit area. I thought this was strange for a $70 top, and it was a stretchy material too so I had no idea how this could have happened during the 8 hours I wore it. Went to the store to see if I could get a refund/exchange, and was told that they don’t do refunds/exchanges in store due to the high volume of returns. Very concerning that a store as pricy as this is apparently receiving so many returns daily, I won’t be shopping with them again. I own clothes a fraction of the price that have lasted me years and years, sometimes what you pay for is not what you get.

I came in today and i was wearing just a hoodie and sweats today. i was looking for shorts in a specific colour. it took me 10 minutes to find a worker. i could only tell who they were because they were hanging something up but i asked if they were an employee just to make sure. No name tags, nothing. you could never tell if they were an employee.i asked if they had any shorts in this specific colour and she was looking, and she said they only have these in XS, and small which doesn’t have any relation to finding a colour?i picked out a different pair of shorts and went to the change room. The lady was very snobby. she looked me up and down and she wasn’t welcoming at all. i decided not to get the shorts so i came out of the change room holding the shorts and asked where i put them. she didn’t say anything, took them from me and went and put them back into the change room i was in.overall, it was extremely hard to find help, i felt unwelcome and judged. will not be shopping here again. Every other time when i’ve been dressed differently i was treated like a regular customer.

The fact that I place an order in store and they send me the wrong item and I have to drive around to return this is ridiculous, I live in a small town with no fedex centre. I spend a lot of money here, NO MORE. It was artizias mistake not mine, why I have to waste my time and gas is extremely unfair.

Went shopping for a dress to wear to my brothers graduation. Usually finding clothes for a specific event is a bit stressful for me, but I genuinely enjoyed the experience here because of how awesome the staff were. :)

Not a fan of this place. I have been in this store several times and have purchased something every time. EVERY single time I go into the the store I never have any staff try and interact with me. Making me feel unwanted in the store maybe that’s the vibe they go for or you have to look and dress a certain way for the staff to approach you. I have no problem with their clothes, but maybe Aritiza needs to work with their staff to care for EVERYONE.

I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful shopping experience. I didn't love the old location they had because it felt super cluttered and the staff were never that helpful. BUT they've clearly upgraded... I walked in for a very specific look for officiating a friend's wedding and Hannah just pulled together all these outfits for me based on what my friend and I needed for her wedding! The outfits were ON POINT to what we needed and I walked out with an outfit I am so excited to wear.On top of that, Hannah gave me her business card and told me I can just email her if there’s every any look I need to pull together and they can have items ordered in from online, and pulled off the racks for me in a change room waiting for me when I arrive for a try on session. Honestly, I've always been hesitant to walk into Aritzia because of the clutter and a weird vibe I got from staff in the past but for that level of dedicated customer service... Aritzia, take my money. AND they gave my friend and I tokens for a complimentary coffee from their cafe after my purchase. It was such a nice experience and I can't thank Hannah enough!

I had to purchase some new clothes for work and the style advisor Tori was so helpful!! My job has a pretty strict dress code, and I informed her what it was, and she had hand-picked some options for me & brought it to the dressing room! She even gave me options of the same top but just in different brands, materials, and price points for me to try. She helped me from the moment I got there, to the fitting room, and all the way to the cash register. Ever since the new location opened, I have been coming here pretty often because 1) love the clothes 2) everyone I interact with has been so helpful! Through my experience I’ve met Zach and Catherine who are also so helpful whenever I shop as well.

I had a very negative experience. I had purchased some pants that didn’t fit. I was past the refund date which I understood. I had asked for a store credit because the pants were in perfect condition, the tags were on them and had never been worn. Everyone was so kind except Maria. The cashier was ready to help me with a store credit but then she interjected and told me that no she would not do that for me. I didn’t understand why the sudden no, so I asked to speak to the store manager to see if there was anything they could help me with. Maria told me she was the manager and her decision was final. She gave me the # for the customer service who were able to help me with no issues. I also find out after the fact that Maria was not the store manager. I was very upset because clearly there had been a solution to my problem but she was not interested in helping me. The whole experience made me feel very low and not good. I can’t help but think that my clothing that day made her judge me.
